Brownie Pre Mix

Our famous Brownie in a bag so you can bake at home

This is really easy to make and if you have little helpers that love being in the kitchen this is a perfect pre-mix for them to help with. 

Super easy, super tasty and you get a whole tray of goodness.
Once baked and cooled, cut into 24 pieces and refrigerate. Lasts up to 3 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container. But who can have brownie in their fridge for that long without eating it?

You will need:
Melted 250grams butter or coconut oil
4 eggs 
1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
Turn oven on to 180 bake or fanbake
Pour contents of packet into a bowl, add wet ingredients to dry mix beat until well combined can use a hand whisk or electric beater
Pour into a lined slice tin (20cmx30cm
Bake at 180 Degrees for approx 30-40 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool down, portion into 24 pieces store in airtight container in fridge
