Quick and easy way to make some wholesome nutrient-dense breastfeeding cookies. All you need is 2 ingredients Egg and Butter (Coconut oil if wanting to make Dairy Free)

If you want to jazz them up a bit you can add 1/2 a cup of chocolate, nuts or fruit. Also If you only want to make a few- freeze into balls and cook when required.

Easy and Delish!

Absolutely love these cookies, I just added (lots lol) chocolate chips to the mix and that was it. So easy and too good to resist, even had hubby have his fair share too.
