Our recipe is packed full of natural galactagogues to help support your milk supply and have also been known to help with baby colic.
1 serve = 1 tsp = 1gram
1 teaspoon per cup - Steep for 5 mins
Recommended up to 3 cups per day

New Zealanda slightly different product
While this is still my favourite lactation tea, the product has changed slightly (I believe a change in how it is produced) and seems a bit weaker. I do like that there are less super small particles that make a bit of a mess when using the strainer (they were so small, they passed through the mesh). I'm not sure which I would prefer - probably the old version. But still a wonderful product!

I purchased a number of lactation goodies so I don’t know if one worked better than the other but my supply definitely got a boost. The tea is nice and great that it came with a strainer!
